Melissa Suzanne George comes from Australia. She is an actor who has a job as a businesswoman as well as an inventor. Having started her career at home in Australia and then moving to Hollywood which was where she achieved great successes. George was born in Perth in Western Australia was originally interested in dance and roller skating. She also enjoyed artistic roller skating. Her modeling career began in her teens. She won Western Australia Teenage Model Year 1992. Her first screen appearance was an episode of Seven Networks' soap series Home and Away the following year. Dark City marked her screen debut and she's been seen in a number of parts in various projects, including Alias The Limey & Down with Love. Before deciding to take on her first lead role in a major Hollywood production, the remake of The Amityville Horror in 2005, she had already appeared in several other films. Her popularity in American television shows is testament to her success. George being an entrepreneur, has launched her own products Style Snaps on the market.
