Dennings was with her "2 Broke Girls" co-star, Nick Zano, from the year 2011 until 2014. She started dating Josh Groban shortly after they separated. They stayed together till 2016. Dennings met musician Andrew W.K. at the beginning of 2021. Soon, the couple began getting together. The couple announced their wedding to each other in the month of May 2021. Dennings has been a big fan since 2014. Although Dennings was Jewish and has stated that she identifies more with the faith on an ethnic or cultural level, and she does not make religion an integral part of her daily life. Her hobbies include gardening, reading as well as painting. Earlier in life she planned to apply to an art college, however it was ruined after her portfolio was wiped out by a flood.
